Overview

All CaliCount products are custom-printed on-demand (POD).
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, color, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will work with our POD service to arrange a replacement or refund.


Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must:

  • Be damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • Be reported to us within 30 days of delivery

  • Include a photo showing the problem


Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., supplements, food items)

  • Digital products or downloadable files

  • Gift cards

  • Products that are not defective


Refunds

Once we receive your report and confirm the defect, we will notify you via email about your refund or replacement.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • If the item is replaced, production and shipping may take 2–5 business days plus shipping time.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  3. If still not received, email us at info@calicount.com


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at info@calicount.com with photos, and we will guide you through the process.


Shipping Returns

  • Since products are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns for non-defective items.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For defective items, we will coordinate with our POD — you do not need to ship back the product unless instructed.
